Coaching For Inspired Living is an experiential style of emotional healing where clients are supported and guided to listen more deeply to their body, and the thoughts or feelings that are currently present, as a way to effectively heal emotional pain or trauma. This is different than traditional therapy which can sometimes focus only on our thoughts or use logic as a way to better understand our situation. In our coaching work we believe that healing happens by being supported on the emotional level because the body is highly intelligent, trustworthy and is rarely inaccurate with how it feels. Thoughts and feelings are therefore never random but a road map to understanding ourselves in much deeper ways thereby seeing more clearly what we need in order to truly heal. Coaching sessions are typically an hour long, although we offer hour-and-a-half sessions as well, and they are a mixture of deep conversations, insightful questions and mindfulness exercises. Clients typically leave feeling deep emotional and mental relief with less anxiety, less depression and with an overall feeling of groundedness.
